How to Use M2Fuel Creatine Monohydrate:

Maintenance Phase (Daily Use): Mix one scoop (approx. 5g) with 8–12 oz of water, juice, or your post-workout shake. Consume daily, ideally around your workout time (before or after), to keep your muscle stores fully saturated.

Optional Loading Phase (For faster saturation): For the first 5–7 days, mix one scoop (approx. 5g) with liquid and take 4 times daily (20g total) to quickly maximize muscle creatine levels. After the loading phase, revert to the daily Maintenance Dose.
