Opened products sold directly by Sarcotine can be returned to us within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund**.

Unopened products sold directly by Sarcotine can be returned to us within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund**.

Unopened products sold directly by Sarcotine can be returned to us within 6 months of the purchase date for a 50% refund*.

After 6 months from the purchase date, no refunds of any kind will be issued.

Customers must provide the corresponding order number associated with the returned product.

Items must be returned (shipped date) within the allotted time from the original purchase date to receive the applicable refund.
