3. Refunds for auto-ship orders: To receive a refund for auto-ship orders, you must return the product to our facility. Refunds will be issued after the product is received in its original, unused condition. If the product has been used, it can still be returned within 30 days of purchase, in line with our return and refund policy.
4. Subscription suspension: We offer the option to suspend your subscription for up to 3 months. During this period, you retain all subscription benefits and locked pricing. After the suspension period ends, your subscription will automatically resume without interruption.
