To keep you well-informed, we’ve put together this one-stop shop to answer your most burning questions about your order.

Are you seeing any delays with shipping my order?

Our fulfillment team is hustling to process and ship your packages within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your package’s journey.

Are there any delays once my order has shipped?

International carriers are currently experiencing delays due to two main factors: increased global shipments and the need to prioritize the safety and well-being of their workers. We appreciate your understanding during these unprecedented times.

Where can I find the status of my order?

You’ll receive two emails from Sarcotine: one to confirm your order and another when your order ships. Once shipped, you can track your package using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Why does it say my order is "pending"?

Orders marked as "pending" are in the queue to be fulfilled and prepared for shipping. This status will change once your package has been packed and handed off to the carrier.

Can I change my address or edit my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, our Customer Success Team can help with minor address updates (e.g., correcting street or apartment numbers). Major updates like city, state, or zip code changes cannot be made once the order is placed. Act quickly—once the order ships, you’ll need to contact the carrier for changes.

Unfortunately, we cannot edit items in an order after it’s placed. However, we can attempt to cancel unshipped or pending orders. Please contact us right away for assistance!

My package is "delivered," but I can't find it. What now?

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you can’t locate it, please wait 48 hours before reaching out. This delay may occur if the carrier scans the package as "delivered" early in the delivery process. Additionally, double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation email to ensure it’s correct.

For USPS deliveries, check your mailbox or parcel locker. For UPS deliveries, inspect all entrances, nearby areas, or hidden spots around your address. Additionally, check with neighbors or housemates. Note: UPS SurePost uses UPS for pickup and USPS for final delivery.
